SEN Primary Teacher Primary Provision

09:00–15:00 | Initial 3-month placement

Are you a dedicated SEN teacher who values meaningful relationships, small wins, and making a real difference in children’s lives?

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN Primary Teacher to join a specialist primary setting, working 09:00–15:00 each day. This is an initial 3-month role, with the opportunity to make a strong impact within a supportive and well-established team.

This role would suit a teacher who thrives in a nurturing, structured environment and understands the importance of consistency, routine, and individualised learning. You’ll be working with pupils who require additional support, adapting learning to meet a range of needs and helping children feel safe, confident, and ready to learn.

The Role
  • Teaching within a specialist primary SEN provision

  • Planning and delivering adapted, engaging lessons aligned to individual needs

  • Creating a calm, positive classroom environment that promotes progress and wellbeing

  • Working closely with support staff, SEN professionals, and wider teams

  • Monitoring progress and contributing to individual learning plans

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils

What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification

  • Experience teaching children with SEN, ideally within a primary setting

  • A patient, flexible, and reflective approach to teaching

  • Confidence adapting the curriculum and using differentiated strategies

  • Strong behaviour management grounded in understanding and consistency

  • A genuine commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice

  • Reliability and confidence stepping into a specialist environment

What’s On Offer
  • £183 - £220 per day, dependant on experience
  •  09:00–15:00, ideal for work–life balance

  • An initial 3-month placement with clear expectations and support

  • Competitive daily pay, paid weekly

  • No umbrella companies

  • Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant

  • Access to relevant CPD and SEN-focused training

  • The opportunity to work in a setting where relationships and progress truly matter

If you’re an SEN teacher looking for a rewarding, manageable role where you can focus on quality teaching and genuine impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today to find out more and take the next step in your SEN teaching journey.
